The human behind the happy things
Hi, thanks forcoming by.

My story, so far
Shannon Hope McAnney hails from Hammonton, New Jersey—the blueberry capital of the world. Growing up there, she gravitated toward color, handmaking and the kind of details that can turn an ordinary place into somewhere people remember.
Today, her work moves happily between scales. A blank exterior wall can become a neighborhood landmark. A café chalkboard can make a seasonal special feel irresistible. A favorite photograph can become a print that stays in a family for years. Different surfaces, same hope: make it personal, useful and full of life.
“I love making art that gets to live with people—not only in a gallery, but on their walls, windows, tables, shirts and favorite little things.”
Shannon works across murals, calligraphy, commissioned painting, custom prints, menus, wedding paper, branding and handmade goods. The categories overlap on purpose. Good ideas rarely stay in one neat box.
Made for your place
The setting, story and people come first. Every piece should feel like it belongs.
Joy with intention
Bright and playful can still be thoughtful, useful and beautifully resolved.
Warm collaboration
You don’t need perfect art vocabulary—just bring the idea and we’ll shape it together.
